Pagodum Munich-Haar: Danone signs as anchor tenant
In 2002 the shell of the Pagodum was complete, around 11,200 m² of offices, but without a single tenant. Bayerische Hausbau brought in Peter Kerler as sales representative. After months of cold calling and advertising, Danone signed as anchor tenant and further tenants followed. Danone's old building was re-let as well.
