Office and commercial building, let

The highlight: the Alter Hof, the former imperial castle of the Wittelsbachs in the middle of Munich's old town, a few steps from the town hall on Marienplatz and from the Dallmayr building. The listed Lorenzistock, built in 1816 to 1819, faces the square. Bayerische Hausbau and the Free State of Bavaria restored it between 2003 and 2006 and converted it into an office and commercial building.

In 2005 and 2006 Peter Kerler let the commercial space and led around 350 viewings. Many people simply wanted to see the building from the inside. The Alter Hof was the last property he let for Bayerische Hausbau.
