Pagodum Munich-Haar
Office building, let
This is where it all began. In 2002 the shell of the Pagodum in Munich-Haar was complete: an office building by Bayerische Hausbau with around 11,200 m² on four floors and architecture that stands out. What it did not have yet was tenants. Bayerische Hausbau, part of the Schörghuber group, entrusted the letting to Peter Kerler as its sales representative.
Months of cold calling, countless phone calls, advertising and every measure that might bring in tenants followed. Then came the breakthrough: Danone signed as anchor tenant and drew further tenants in its wake. Danone, however, still had a running lease in its old building. Peter Kerler suggested re-letting that building as well, and that is exactly what happened.
