The Karlshöfe on Karlstraße, in the middle of the Maxvorstadt district, a few minutes from Königsplatz and the main station: a new building completed in 2005, with an office block at the front and apartments behind it. For Bayerische Hausbau, Peter Kerler let the office space, around 4,000 m². The apartments were not part of his brief.
